The real world beckons. Go explore.
Introducing REAL. EPIC., a Quad Lock series celebrating the moments that only happen out there. The rides, the people, and the places that shape the journey. No AI. No shortcuts. Just real experiences, captured as they happen.
This new series is about igniting real-world freedom and adventure, using Quad Lock to explore further every day in epic, real-life locations around the globe. Through fortnightly drops, we’ll share standout content and spotlight community members across our social channels, featuring adventurers, creators, and those who live for real experiences in real places.
Meet @gorm_moto
To kick things off, we’re featuring @gorm_moto, a true one-man army: designer, bike builder, content creator, adventurer, and OG Quad Lock advocate.
Gorm’s work is built on a simple truth. The best stories don’t come from chasing extremes. They come from showing up, paying attention, and riding with intention.
"Adventure has never been about how far I go. For me, it is about creating space. Space to recharge, to notice what is around me, and to slow a head that rarely does. As the world keeps shrinking through screens and feeds, it is easy to believe adventure has to be far away. Bigger, louder, more extreme. We travel across the globe only to stand in line and take the same photo as everyone else.
I am lucky to have a backyard that can feel endless on the right day. It may not have mountains or dramatic views, but that has never been what I am after. Riding is how I recharge. It gives me time alone and demands presence. There is no room for distraction. Just movement, balance, and focus. With a mind that is almost always running, that reset is essential. Keeping things simple is what makes it work.
Over the last few years, adventure has taken a different shape. Less distance, more intention. More time planning, building, and preparing than actually riding far. That shift was hard to accept at first, but I am settling into it. Motorcycles are a big part of my life, but they are not the whole story. Making space for other things that matter, and learning to manage time better, has become part of the journey.
That carries straight into what I share through Gorm Moto. The bikes I build, the photos I take, the gear I use. None of it exists without riding first. I make things I need, document what feels honest, and try to stay curious. As long as that stays true, the fire stays lit.”
