FRENCH MOTOGP RACE WEEK (LE MANS) GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Organised by Annex Products Pty Ltd in partnership with Shark Helmets and Johann Zarco

This Contest is organised and administered by Annex Products Pty Ltd. Instagram is neither a sponsor nor an organiser of this Contest and bears no responsibility whatsoever in connection with it. Any queries, complaints or claims must be directed to Annex Products Pty Ltd and not to Instagram.

1. The Sponsor

These terms and conditions apply to the Quad Lock Le Mans Race Week Giveaway (the "Contest") and apply to you so far as the law permits. Please read them carefully. The Contest is organised by Annex Products Pty Ltd (ABN 89 154 777 401), Como Center, Level 3 Suite 6A, 299 Toorak Road, South Yarra, Victoria 3141, Australia ("Sponsor"). The Contest is run on the Sponsor's Instagram account @quadlock in partnership with Shark Helmets and Johann Zarco (@johannzarco). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram LLC. By participating, all entrants release Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this Contest.

2. Who can enter

This Contest is open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry. The prize will only be shipped to countries where Quad Lock currently offers shipping — a full list of eligible shipping destinations is available at quadlock.com. If you reside in a country to which Quad Lock does not ship, you are not eligible to enter. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

The following are not eligible to enter: employees, contractors, directors or officers of Annex Products Pty Ltd or its affiliates; employees, contractors, directors or officers of Shark Helmets or any other company involved in running this Contest; and the immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) of any of the above. Only one entry per person and one winner per household is permitted.

3. When the Contest runs

The Contest opens at 05:00 PM AEST on the date the Contest post is published on @quadlock and closes at 23:59 AEST on the Sunday of the Le Mans race weekend (the "Contest Period"). The exact dates will be stated in the Contest post. Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will not be valid.

4. How to enter

Standard entry

To receive one (1) entry into the Contest, you must do all of the following during the Contest Period:

• Follow @quadlock, @@quadlockmoto and @johannzarco on Instagram.
• Tag three (3) different friends in a comment on the Contest post; and
• Answer in your comment: "Who's winning Le Mans this weekend?"

You may only submit one standard entry regardless of how many comments you post. Tagging additional people in further comments does not count as additional entries.

Bonus entry

You may earn one (1) additional entry — equal in value to one standard entry — by doing all of the following:

• Post an original creative photo or video from the French GP race weekend on your own Instagram account;
• Tag @quadlock in the post; and
• Include #QuadLockLeMans in the caption.

Your bonus entry post must be set to public and remain publicly visible at the time of the draw to be valid. The maximum number of entries per person is two (2): one standard entry and one bonus entry.

By submitting a bonus entry you confirm that the content is your own original work, that it does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that any identifiable persons in the content have consented to appear. You grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and share the content for promotional purposes on the Sponsor's social media channels and marketing materials, with credit given where practicable. The Sponsor may crop or resize content for format purposes. This licence does not affect any rights you may have under applicable data protection law, including the right to request erasure of personal data contained in the content.

5. The prize

There is one (1) prize to be awarded to one (1) winner, consisting of:

• One (1) Shark replica Johann Zarco helmet signed by Johann Zarco (approximate retail value: AUD 1,500);
• One (1) iPhone 17 Pro (approximate retail value: AUD 1,799); and
• One (1) Quad Lock Johann Zarco Case for iPhone 17 Pro (approximate retail value: AUD 80).

Total approximate prize value: AUD 3,379.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. It does not include flights, accommodation, travel, food, drink or any other costs. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize component with an item of equivalent value if required by circumstances beyond its control. The iPhone 17 Pro will be provided in a specification and configuration determined by the Sponsor. The Sponsor makes no guarantee regarding carrier compatibility or regional network functionality — it is the winner's responsibility to ensure the device is compatible with their local network provider. Any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees that may apply in the winner's country of residence are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are responsible for determining and meeting any tax obligations arising from receipt of the prize in their country of residence.

6. Winner selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Each eligible participant may have up to two (2) entries in the draw. The draw will be conducted by the Sponsor no later than three (3) business days after the close of the Contest Period.

7. Notification and prize delivery

The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message and, where available, by email within three (3) business days of the draw. The winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim their prize, providing their full name, postal address, and any other information reasonably required to fulfil the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternative winner by the same process.

The winner will be required to provide proof of identity and age before the prize is awarded. Failure to provide this within fourteen (14) days of notification will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prizes will be dispatched within thirty (30) days of eligibility verification and receipt of a valid delivery address. The Sponsor is not responsible for loss, damage or delay in delivery by postal or courier services. Any prize not claimed or successfully delivered within three (3) months of the draw reverts to the Sponsor.

8. Partners

This Contest is run in partnership with Shark Helmets and Johann Zarco, who have provided prizes and consented to the use of their names, trademarks and likenesses in connection with this Contest. Neither Shark Helmets nor Johann Zarco is a sponsor or co-organiser of the Contest and neither bears any liability in connection with its administration, winner selection or prize delivery. All intellectual property rights in the Shark Helmets brand and the Johann Zarco name and likeness remain with their respective owners.

9. Liability and force majeure

To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not liable for technical failures of any kind; loss or damage caused by postal or courier services; damage to a participant's device or data arising from participation; or the cancellation or suspension of the Contest by Instagram for any reason. Nothing in these Rules excludes the Sponsor's liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by the Sponsor's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If the Sponsor is prevented from or delayed in performing any obligation under these Rules by reason of any cause outside its reasonable control — including fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic or public health emergency, strike, industrial action, breakdown of equipment, act of God, terrorism, civil commotion, or any government-imposed restriction — the Sponsor's obligations will be suspended for the duration of that event. In such circumstances the Sponsor may modify, postpone or cancel the Contest or substitute the prize with one of equivalent value. No compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest at any time if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity. The Sponsor's decisions in all matters relating to the Contest are final and binding.

10. Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who uses a fictitious or borrowed identity; creates multiple accounts to generate additional entries; uses bots or automated tools; submits content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory or infringes third-party rights; or engages in any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of the Contest or bring the Sponsor or the Contest into disrepute. Disqualification may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate.

11. Your personal data

By entering this Contest you agree to the Sponsor contacting you if you are selected as a winner to discuss the awarding of the prize. The Sponsor will collect and use your Instagram username, name, email address, country of residence and (if you win) your postal address and contact number for the purposes of administering the Contest, selecting and notifying the winner, and delivering the prize. The Sponsor will not sell or distribute your personal information to unrelated third parties except as required for prize fulfilment or as required by law.

The Sponsor will handle all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy at quadlock.com/privacy and in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable data protection laws in your country of residence, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 where applicable.

Your data will be retained for the duration of the Contest plus five (5) years for evidentiary purposes. Contact information for non-winners will be deleted within ninety (90) days of the draw unless you have separately consented to marketing communications. Your data will not be used for any purpose incompatible with the administration of this Contest without your separate consent.

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data by contacting events@quadlock.com.au. If you are in the EEA or United Kingdom you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

By entering, you acknowledge that your Instagram username and, if you win, your first name and country of residence may be published by the Sponsor to announce the winner. You may object to this by contacting events@quadlock.com.au.

12. Complaints

Any complaints about this Contest must be submitted in writing to events@quadlock.com.au within ninety (90) days of the end of the Contest Period. Complaints received after this deadline will not be considered.

13. Rules

14. Governing law

These Rules are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Rules will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in these Rules limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
